California Tortilla is Hiring a Restaurant Supervisor Near Royersford, PA

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Train and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and support staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menu offerings.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees.
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
